Retinol is the active form of Vitamin A which is very useful in supporting the body against all kinds of active diseases. Fruits appear to be orange or red in color have considerable amount of Vitamin A in them like Carrots, watermelon, mangoes, squash and yams. Along with that Vitamin A is also included in vegetables like spinach and kale.
